We use tracking signals to keep your communication clear and your workflows running smoothly. This explains what we collect, how we handle it, and why it matters for you. Signals usually don't include identifying info on their own, but if you've given us personal details, we may connect them to what we collect. Check our Privacy Policy for specifics on how we secure and store this data. We never store passwords, API keys, or login credentials in signals.

Definitions
Here's what we mean by the main terms: • Company ("SilverSignal", "We", "Us", "Our") is the platform you're using. • Signals are small pieces of data stored on your device that track your communication patterns and what your system is doing. • Platform means SilverSignal itself, available at the URL we provide. • You refers to whoever's accessing this—a person, organization, or legal entity.
Signal Types We Collect
We use two kinds. Persistent signals stick around when you're offline. Session signals disappear when you disconnect. Both serve specific purposes: • Essential Signals Type: Session Managed by: SilverSignal Purpose: These keep the platform running. They handle login and block unauthorized access. Without them, nothing works. That's all they do. • Performance Signals Type: Persistent Managed by: SilverSignal Purpose: These remember your choices—filters you saved, notification settings, how your dashboard looks. So you don't have to set everything up again next time.
Managing Your Signal Preferences
You can turn signals off in your browser and delete any we've stored. It's available whenever you want. Turning them off might make things less smooth. Some features could slow down or stop working right.
