Terms of Service

SilverSignal runs this platform. When you see "we," "us," or "our" anywhere on the site, that's us. We're offering you access to everything here—all the information, tools, and services—but only if you agree to follow the terms, conditions, and policies laid out below. By visiting and using our services, you're agreeing to be bound by what we've laid out here. That includes anything we link to or mention. These terms apply to everyone using the site, whether you're just browsing, selling, buying, or contributing content. Before you go any further, read through this carefully. Once you start using the site, you're agreeing to everything here. If you don't agree with all of it, you can't use the website or access our services. If we're making an offer with these terms, your acceptance is limited to exactly what's written here. Any new features or tools we add later are covered by these same terms. You can always find the current version on this page. We can update, change, or replace any part of these terms whenever we want by posting the changes here. It's on you to check back once in a while. If you keep using the site after we've made changes, that counts as you accepting them.

SECTION 1 - SERVICE TERMS

By signing up for these terms, you're confirming you're old enough to legally agree to them in your area, or that you have parental permission if you're under the age of majority. If you're using the site on behalf of a minor, you're responsible for making sure they follow all these rules. You can't use our services for anything illegal or unauthorized, and you can't break any laws in your jurisdiction while using the platform—that includes copyright laws. Don't send us worms, viruses, or any destructive code. If you break any of these terms, your access gets shut down immediately.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We can refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason. Your content (payment information is separate) might be transmitted without encryption and could go through different networks or need adjustments to work with various systems. Payment data is always encrypted when it travels. Don't reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service or access to it without our written permission. The headings in this agreement are just for convenience and don't limit what we're saying.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We can't promise that everything on this site is accurate, complete, or up to date. This is general information and shouldn't be your only source when making important decisions. Check other sources first. If you rely on what's here, that's your risk. Some of the information on this site is historical, which means it's not current. It's there for reference only. We can change what's on the site whenever we want, but we don't have to update anything. You're responsible for keeping track of what changes.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICING

Our service prices can change without warning. We can modify or shut down the service (or any part of it) at any time and without notice. We're not liable if we change prices, stop service, or modify what we offer.

SECTION 5 - SERVICES (if applicable)

Some services are only available through the website. They have limited capacity and follow our return policy if you want to exchange or send something back. We try our best to show you accurate details about what we're offering, but we can't guarantee your screen will display everything perfectly. We can limit who gets access to our services by location or jurisdiction if we want to. We might do this case by case. We can also limit how many people can use a service at once. Any descriptions and prices can change anytime without warning, whenever we decide. We can discontinue any service at any time. Some offers might not be valid where you are. We don't guarantee that what you get will meet your expectations or that we'll fix any problems you run into.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We can reject any order. We might limit how much you can buy per person, per household, or per order—including orders from the same account, with the same payment method, or using the same address. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to contact you using the email or phone number from when you ordered. We also reserve the right to refuse orders that look like they're coming from resellers or bulk buyers. You need to provide current and accurate information for every transaction. Keep your account details, email, and payment information updated so we can complete your orders and reach you if needed. Check out our Returns Policy for more details.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We might give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. You're using those tools "as is" and "as available" with no warranties or guarantees from us. We're not responsible for anything that happens when you use them. Using optional tools through the site is entirely your choice and your risk. Make sure you understand and agree with the terms from whoever provides them. We might add new services or tools down the road. Those will also be covered by these same terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Some content and resources on our service come from other companies. Links to third-party sites might take you somewhere that has nothing to do with us. We're not responsible for checking or backing up what's on those sites, and we're not liable for any problems with third-party materials or sites. We're not responsible for anything that goes wrong when you use goods, services, or anything else from a third-party site. Look over their policies carefully before you buy or interact with them. If you have a problem with something from a third party, contact them directly.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us anything we ask for (like contest entries) or just decide to send ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other material—whether by email, mail, or online—we can use it however we want. We can edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate it. We don't have to ask permission, pay you, keep it private, or even respond to it. We might remove content we think is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or breaks someone's intellectual property rights, but we don't have to. You're promising that your submissions don't violate anyone's rights, including copyright or privacy. You're also saying they don't contain anything illegal, abusive, or malicious that could mess with the service. Don't use a fake email, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us. You're fully responsible for what you send and whether it's accurate. We don't take responsibility for anything you or anyone else posts.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at silversignal.com.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Every now and then there might be typos, mistakes, or missing information on the site—maybe about services, prices, offers, or availability. We can fix errors and update or cancel orders anytime without telling you first, even after you've submitted your order. We don't have to update anything, including prices, unless the law says we have to. Just because you see a date on the site doesn't mean everything has been updated since then.

SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES

Beyond what's already in these terms, you can't use the site or its content for anything illegal, to get others to break the law, to violate regulations or local laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate against anyone based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability, to provide false information, to upload viruses or malware, to collect people's personal information without permission, to spam or scrape, for anything obscene or immoral, or to mess with the site's security. We can shut down your access if you violate any of these rules.

SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We can't promise the service will run without interruption, that it'll be secure, or that there won't be errors. We don't guarantee the results you get from using it will be accurate. We might take the service offline for as long as we want or shut it down entirely without warning you. You're using the service at your own risk. Everything we provide is "as is" and "as available" with no guarantees, warranties, or conditions unless we explicitly say otherwise. That includes no implied warranties about how well it works, whether it's fit for what you want, or that it won't infringe on anyone's rights. We, along with our officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners, aren't liable for any injury, loss, or damages—direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential—including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs, whether the claim comes from a contract, negligence, or anything else. This covers any problems from using the service or anything you get through it, even if we knew it might happen. Some places don't allow this kind of limitation, so our liability there is limited as much as the law allows.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect SilverSignal and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, suppliers, and employees from any claims or demands (including attorney fees) from third parties that come from you breaking these terms, breaking the law, or violating someone's rights.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part stays in effect as much as the law allows, and the rest of the terms keep working normally.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

Anything either of us owed before termination stays in effect after. These terms are active until you or we end them. You can end them anytime by telling us you're done or by stopping your use of the site. If we think you've broken these terms, we can end the agreement immediately without notice. You'll still owe us for everything up to that point, and we can cut off your access.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we don't enforce part of these terms, that doesn't mean we're giving up our right to enforce it later. These terms, along with any policies we post, make up the whole agreement between us. They override anything you and we discussed before, whether it was in writing or just talked about. We won't read ambiguity in these terms against whoever wrote them.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

The current version of these terms is always on this page. We can update, change, or replace any part of them anytime by posting the changes here. Check back periodically. If you keep using the site after we make changes, you're accepting them.
