SilverSignal runs this platform. When you see "we," "us," or "our" anywhere on the site, that's us. We're offering you access to everything here—all the information, tools, and services—but only if you agree to follow the terms, conditions, and policies laid out below. By visiting and using our services, you're agreeing to be bound by what we've laid out here. That includes anything we link to or mention. These terms apply to everyone using the site, whether you're just browsing, selling, buying, or contributing content. Before you go any further, read through this carefully. Once you start using the site, you're agreeing to everything here. If you don't agree with all of it, you can't use the website or access our services. SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We might give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. You're using those tools "as is" and "as available" with no warranties or guarantees from us. We're not responsible for anything that happens when you use them. Using optional tools through the site is entirely your choice and your risk. Make sure you understand and agree with the terms from whoever provides them. We might add new services or tools down the road. Those will also be covered by these same terms.

Every now and then there might be typos, mistakes, or missing information on the site—maybe about services, prices, offers, or availability. We can fix errors and update or cancel orders anytime without telling you first, even after you've submitted your order. We don't have to update anything, including prices, unless the law says we have to. Just because you see a date on the site doesn't mean everything has been updated since then.

You agree to protect SilverSignal and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, suppliers, and employees from any claims or demands (including attorney fees) from third parties that come from you breaking these terms, breaking the law, or violating someone's rights.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part stays in effect as much as the law allows, and the rest of the terms keep working normally.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

Anything either of us owed before termination stays in effect after. These terms are active until you or we end them. You can end them anytime by telling us you're done or by stopping your use of the site. If we think you've broken these terms, we can end the agreement immediately without notice. You'll still owe us for everything up to that point, and we can cut off your access.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we don't enforce part of these terms, that doesn't mean we're giving up our right to enforce it later. These terms, along with any policies we post, make up the whole agreement between us. They override anything you and we discussed before, whether it was in writing or just talked about. We won't read ambiguity in these terms against whoever wrote them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
